Booking early is highly recommended. Our cookies are made to order, and each week, we to stick to a tight planning/baking/decorating schedule. Please either subscribe to emails for advanced notice for holiday/seasonal specials and/or follow us on social media. If spots are left, we will post to our Facebook or Instagram page. (Be sure to set up your notifications to see our posts.)


Availability is posted on this page (subject to change.) Some dates, however, are very limited due to orders already booked or our busy family schedule.

ORDERING INFO/POLICIES:

***We take a limited number of orders each week so each order can receive its full attention.

***Your date/order is not reserved until a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% (or full payment for orders under $100) is received. Balance will be due two weeks prior to pick-up. If you are requesting a date up to three weeks prior to pick up, the balance will be sent in one invoice.

 

***If I am booked (or the request is for a date within two weeks from requested pick up), but I am able to rearrange our family schedule to accommodate an order, a rush order fee of $20 or 20% (whichever is greater) will be applied. This will allow me to give your order the same amount of attention that I give to all orders. 

 

***Custom cookie pricing depends on many factors! Click here to see a general pricing guide.

 

***All cookies are handmade with great attention to detail. As creating more cookies requires more ingredients, more supplies, and more time, I am unable to offer discounts. Thank you very much for your understanding!

 

***Please, no design changes to your order once deposit/payment has been made. If you find you are in need of additional cookies, and I can fit them into the schedule, a second invoice for the additional cookies will be sent.

 

***In the case of emergency/illness (or power outage!), and I am unable to complete your order, you will receive a full refund. 

 

PICK-UP:

I am limited to in-person sales by the Michigan Cottage Food Law. Cookies can be picked up in Downtown Milford. During the school year, I will be in Brighton most mornings and afternoons, and I am happy to arrange pick up around 9AM and 4PM.

For orders over $300, delivery options can be discussed.

***Please submit the request form (link below) so I can help you get started with your order.​ This form is NOT an order form. Also, please remember, the sooner you inquire about a date, the more likely I will be available. We book up quickly!

***I try to answer emails/requests quickly, but please be patient! My hands are often quite busy with current orders, especially during the end of the work week. If it is a weekend, it may take longer to see a reply as our family is very busy on the weekends. :)
