WE ARE NOT A NUT/TREE NUT FREE HOUSEHOLD.
While our ingredients do not contain nuts, nor do we add nuts to any of our cookies,
there are nuts in our household from time to time.
We bake and decorate these delicious cookies in our lovely little kitchen in our home in Downtown Milford. In accordance with Michigan's Cottage Food Law, all ingredients are listed on orders. We also list them below and on every invoice.
Only fresh, very high quality ingredients including organic flour, real butter, pure Madagascar bourbon vanilla bean paste (oh, how I love those little specks of vanilla!), sugar, and organic eggs are used in our cookies. The dark chocolate cookies are made with a rich cocoa powder that creates a very decadent cookie.
All cookies are baked to order. A great deal of time, skill, and effort go into making sure each cookie is as tasty and as beautiful as it can be.
We enjoy fresh, soft cookies, and we want you to as well! Once cookies are heat-sealed in cellophane bags, they will remain soft for a week or two. They will become crunchy the longer you wait but will remain very tasty.
Our cookies do freeze very well! If you are intending on freezing any leftover cookies, please ask me for thawing instructions to be sure they will be soft. Damage to the icing or any details can also be avoided by following the instructions.
Fresh is ALWAYS best (YUM!), but...yes, on occasion, there are leftovers. Save them for a rainy day!
